The Forum collects the following information through membership registration, documents, and online/offline events:
- Items Collected: Name, email, contact number, organization, position, password, registration channel, preferred sessions
- Collection Method: Online pre-registration / on-site registration via the official website

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Forum, operated by ForEXCom, will process and retain personal information only within the retention and use period agreed upon by the individual or as required by law.

- Personal information is retained from the date of consent until the purpose of use is achieved.
- Once the purpose of use is fulfilled, the data will be destroyed without delay.
- Retention Periods by Category:
- With consent of member: until withdrawal of consent
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on provision of goods or services: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on contracts or subscription cancellations: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)

4. Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Forum, operated by CHA Company (CHA Co., Ltd.), uses personal information strictly within the scope notified in “Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information” and does not provide information to third parties without prior consent, except in the following cases:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law or upon request from authorized investigative or supervisory authorities
- Entrusted Processing:
- The Forum may entrust personal information processing to third parties for the purpose of providing improved services.
- Only the minimum necessary information will be provided.
- All entrustment contracts include legal obligations to protect personal information, maintain confidentiality, prohibit third-party provision, ensure accountability, and destroy information after processing.
